Today in Nicaragua, there are over 45,000 families that dedicate themselves daily to the production of one of the world's most beloved coffees. In Nicaragua, there are three regions where coffee is cultivated, but only one of these stands out for its higher production and, above all, for its quality: Jinotega. The Aldea Global Cooperative, producer of this Nicaragua Colibrì Azul, supports over 2,000 families by financing them throughout all the processes to ensure that these coffee plants grow in ideal conditions.
