We recently hosted our first specialty coffee workshop in our new roastery, and it was a fantastic, vibrant experience. Attendees had the opportunity to delve into the complex world of specialty coffee, learning everything from bean to cup. We covered different species and varieties of green beans, various processing methods, and even roasted our own beans. Participants also got hands-on experience with different brewing techniques, all within a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. This workshop was all about introducing specialty coffee through practical, engaging experiences.
